Sorry I won't buy these again, yes they seem to work but these tablets stick in my throat even when broken in half... not just me my daughter had the same problem. We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats.I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant

Good product - pills are on the larger side so if that’s a problem for you it may be difficult, but they are easy to split due to them having a perforation. Creatine works as intended - happy with everything

This! Forget that powder and pain for mixing it in if you take supplements would you want them in a liquid form or powder form (I hope not) this is the solution, if you take creatine daily (you should) then this will save you hours that you can then use to be in the gym! Or even take on the go avoiding the problem of forgetting to fill your water bottle with creatine then mixing and ahh even explaining im over it

Good:- Delivers 3-5g of creatine per servingThe bad:1- Tablets have a strange shape and hard to swallow. Many times I find the tablets getting stuck in my throat.2- Tablets also don't seem to be pressed very well. They give off "dust" and "powder".3- Tablets have a chalky taste since they will likely get stuck in your mouth/throat.Personally I strongly recommend to buy capsules or some flavoured creatine drink. This product is pathetic. Capsules are better and easier to swallow.

CHOKING HAZARD - as numerous other reviews have stated, they are extremely difficult to swallow. Therefore they should be recalled and repurposed in case of choking hazard.

Pretty regularly buy these. Just munch on them throughout the day. It is what it is so no complaints.
