A must have for golfers
Bought it for my dad. No more driving. He now enjoys riding bikes to the golf course. It’s very easy to use and assemble. Haven’t had any issues with it.

Unique and valuable tool
I am more than pleased with this exceptional trailer. It's tough, well-made, and SO helpful. I think it's a bit pricey, but the problem there may be that for it to be well-made, given that this is not going to be purchased by many people, the price has to be more than one might expect. I LOVE that is can also be used simply to haul stuff around - by holding the handle. I plan to attach it to my belt and try using it while hiking.

Maybe it’s the Honeymoon Phase, But I’m Obsessed.
I finally got my hands on the Burley Travoy after months of obsessing over it, and let me tell you—it was love at first sight. Sure, I’ve already noticed some wear, like a scuffed arm pad (no clue how that happened) and a missing reflector—Boston’s brutal snow and ice boulders probably claimed that one. But honestly? No big deal. She’s still a beauty. If I had one wish, it’d be for a little more hauling capacity, but so far, she’s been nothing short of amazing. The industrial design is flawless—nothing like a clunky dolly awkwardly trailing a bike. And let’s talk about the attention it gets—I swear people look at me like I’m cruising in a Ferrari. Maybe it’s my imagination, or maybe it’s just the Travoy magic. Either way, you’ll feel it too.

It’s nice. But…
I feel bad leaving 3/5, and I normally only write positive reviews, but I wanted to be honest. There are a few things you should know before your purchase:Disappointments:-paid $350+ extra for fast shipping, but it still came days late. Do the free shipping.-the tires need to be inflated and have a Schrader valve (I had to order a Schrader valve pump, since I only had a presta valve pump)-one of the wheels had a faulty lock mechanism (it would unlock to slide onto axle, but would not release and lock into place). I contacted support about this. They told me to read the manual. Not helpful. And kinda rude. I went to a bike shop and fixed it myself.-in the pictures and description, it seems like it can turn into a backpack when folded up. It cannot. It folds up for storage. Not for transport. No backpack mode : (-it also makes it seem like there is a substantial pouch embedded in the structure. You know. Like where you would put cargo. Because there are pictures that make it look that way. There is no pouch 🦘💔-you can use the bag that it comes in and sort of tie it down, but it’s kinda janky and not very efficient. I think they want you to buy a special bag that actually goes on it, like in the pictures, but for $350, I thought it was included. It is not. You will need to buy one separately.Positives:-It is basically assembled already. The only “special tool” you will need is a pump for schrader valves. And possibly wd40 and a bike shop.-manual is included (but you will probably still need to google some things)-attaching and detaching from bike is super easy (but take the latch and trailer with you if you park and lock your bike up)-my first ride with the trailer was smooth and relatively uneventful. Turns were easier than anticipated (but I was more careful than usual because my dog was with me)-no one pointed and laughed at me-my dog was not [very] terrified of itSummary:It is very nice, but ^

Light weight and collapsing.
On the light side, will see how durable it is. It looks like a folding golf hand cart. I like how everything folds up and can fit into the soft case. My plan is to use it for groceries with my Yeti soft backpack cooler.

LIFE CHANGER
The media could not be loaded. I L-O-V-E my Burley Travoy. I’m able to do with it things I never imagined I could. I live in a busy city and need go food shopping, transport things and I don’t own a car so I've hooked it up to my Brompton bicycle and it’s become a significant life improvement.

Great for a 'Trombone Travois'
"Dad, I'm going to be playing trombone!"That's great, son! I'm sure you'll be fantastic! (Thinking: How are we going to get it to and from school?)Answer is right here. Lay the backpack on first, snug the trombone over it (horn down), tuck in any loose straps, tie it down, and ride on!
