I love this sea moss. I've been able to get lots of gel out of a small amount. I notice less pain in my joints when i take it. Great deal for the amount you get

Great quality
The quality of sea moss is great. I've been using it for a few weeks and love feeling great again. I blended my sea moss with frozen fruit and added sugar to get rid of the bad taste. Works great!

Moss texture
Following the instructions on how to rehydrate and used blender to try to brake down enough to chuck down. Very chewy texture and harder to swallow on both hot water and cold water hydration methods I tried. It is said to have a lot of nutrients which is what made me try it. Doesnt have much smell to me.If using a fruit smoothie that has a lot of seeds and over blend before add to smoothies could be a good way to get it down but have not tried it yet
