Don't bother.. This battery didn't last a week.
Unbelievably frustrating... It got here on time, which was great, and the installation wasn't difficult. Everything worked and fit well.. for a week. I followed all the directions on how to charge it the first time to not damage the battery, yet after the first week it wouldn't hold a charge... AT ALL. As of now the laptop is just as it was before I purchased and installed this battery and the seller doesn't offer the option to return it...

It was exactly what was needed for the laptop
I needed a replacement battery for this laptop, and came across this one. Like a few of the reviewers stated the cable was a little bit longer then the oem battery. I did manage to get it to work without too much trouble. It holds a charge which is the main reason I got it, as the original battery was getting old and not holding a charge for long.

Battery life unknown
I purchased this to replace the factory battery in my daughters laptop. It fit just like it was suppose to and after 8 hours charging seems to be OK. The battery lasted 6 hours after the charge, but I expected the battery to have a shorter cycle the first day. I would expect a longer life as charging times get shorter as time goes.

Decent replacement
Replaced the battery on my ~5 year old RoG Zephyrus GU502GV with this. Initially I had tried to take my laptop to a battery repair shop near me, but they were unable to order this specific battery... purchasing on Amazon and doing it myself ended up saving me ~$100 from what they were going to charge me.Battery install/replacement process was very easy. Battery life initially seemed quite short, but after you power cycle and use it for a week or two I noticed the battery life greatly lengthened. Overall worth the price.

Works good so far
at the time of writing this review it is working fine and the battery seems to hold a good 5-10 hours of use on a single charge, depending on what you're doingmy main concern is if a few months from now the battery will only be able to hold a small charge, but I will take good care in making sure that this battery is charged effectively and all the way to preserve the battery

Works but dosn't last
Bought in Feb21 to replace an acer OEM that failed worked fine initially but November 21 it stopped taking charge battery is being detected but not charging.

The thing would not work unless it was always plugged in! RUN AWAY!! RUN AWAY!!
