The ultimate bowel movement fix
These are one of the best ways to feel like your eating carbs without the issues often carbs cause - they are an effective way to balance the gut - with kimchi or saurkraut and clean protein I use these to repair a clearly unhappy gut from travel food. I find when I use these in my diet one has the perfect bowel movement. Highly recommend them as a dietary supplement for optimum health.

Best pasta alternative I have found
I've read the reviews and it looks like this product is either great or awful, depending on your taste and your intestinal composition. I love this stuff! Unlike some other peoples experience, I did not find that they are rubbery, dry, or stinky. They seemed like real noodles to me. I have consumed a package on three different occasions and did not experience any intestinal discomfort. I did notice when reading the package that this product does not contain any nutritional value aside from fiber, which is probably what upsets some peoples digestive tracts. But it is a great tool for my low carb diet and I feel full after eating them with some meat and veggies mixed in. I recommend them if you are on a low carb diet, but based on other reviewers experience, it's probably a good idea to try it in very small quantities the first time.

SMELLS LIKE FORMALDEHYDE (FISHY)
Ordered these a few months ago to explore alternatives to high carb pasta. Got busy when a hurricane hit our area and the 8 packet box of them got lost in the back of my cupboard. Pulled them out today to see about using them for a low carb spaghetti lunch and intended to pour some leftover frozen Bolognese sauce atop the noodles for my repast. As soon as I opened the box there was a “funky” smell that was a cross between spoiling fish and formaldehyde. If you are old enough to have ever dissected a rat, frog, baby shark, etc. when you were in high school biology class, you know that you can’t ever forget the creepy and nauseating smell of formaldehyde that imprints upon your brain cells. Both the box and the sealed plastic packets of these noodles smelled exactly like formaldehyde that had been imprinted on my olfactory nerve brain cells. These noodles are made in China (per the box) and the “Engrish” cooking instructions sure seem to confirm that. I have no animus against Chinese people, food, or culture, and I buy lots of Chinese made products. However, I followed the cooking and rinsing instructions to the letter but I just couldn’t get the formaldehyde stink of these noodles out of my nose. I feared the noodles might actually contain formaldehyde (which is toxic) that would be very bad for my health. As a result, I tossed them all in the trash, box and all (all 8 packets). If I were you, I’d be real cautious about ordering and eating this product based upon my own personal “sniff test” experience.

Great for Keto
These noodles are delicious in any pasta dish. The texture is good and I love the fettuccine style. It seems all shirataki noodles have gone up in price and these were the best deal I could find. I wish the packages were 7 or 8 oz, not 6. I have to use 2. Overall very pleased.

Not sure which shipment is right
The first time I ordered, it came expired with a wierd smell. But after I rinsed it it turned out fine. The second time I ordered it its close to expiri g in 2 months, and it smells fine. The instruction does say we can rinse off the smell. I really don't know. But it does make me full if I mix in 270 calories of regular noodle.

Keto with a pasta craving satisfied.
I've read 100's of reviews. Tried many versions. This one is top of the top. I'm a pasta nut job. It's my favorite food. The slippery texture people complain about doesn't bother me a bit because I like that in my pasta. What's the point of having a noodle that isn't slippery? Bad reviews are people that expect an egg noodle / dry pasta texture overcooked. Ignorant. These don't absorb sauce, no, but they have no odor, have an al dente bite and are more apt to compare to a rice noodle. Let's face it, almost zero calories, all fiber, instant use. If you're a pasta super fan and need a fix, these are it. I've made soups, Pho, Spaghetti, Chilled pasta salads.......

It’s A Winner
Ok, this is my first time ordering this brand of Konjac noodles and it’s a winner I liked them very much. There was no fishy smell like the other brand I usually purchase, I rinsed them very well in hot water and then added my sautéed mushrooms. The noodle are thicker and way less chewy and softer than the other brand. As a plant based diabetic I love that they are high in fiber and next to nill in calories and carbs. My mouth can adjust to different textures but not taste these will definitely be my new low carb noodle staple. I was satiated after eating them and my glucose level did not spike.

Just canceled my subscription
I had been getting these delivered for probably a year. I am a Keto-er and they were a fantastic alternative to giving up pasta altogether. The box I received last month included a package in which the noodles were disintegrated and the liquid totally cloudy. It was a one-time problem and I dismissed it. The box I received this month contained packets of noodles that were all shriveled and hard despite being liquid packed. I opened one and rinsed it as directed and could not even separate the strands which were in a dried up mass. I tossed the entire box and canceled my subscription. When I tried to obtain a refund I discovered no returns, and apparently no recourse. This is a waste of nearly $20. I clicked the link to the shipper and then the link to returns and was put into a loop of "check Amazon return policy". I was not interested in Amazon's return policy, I was interested in what the manufacturer/seller was going to do a bout a spoiled product being shipped. Again, apparently nothing. I can only conclude they are not concerned with keeping customers by addressing manufacturing quality issues.
