I loved this product because I’m able to use this when I start feeling overwhelmed and this helps settle things down in my body. My husband also noticed a difference with his anxiety/overwhelm taking this. I also take two before bed when needed to help me settle down for bed.I also give this to my kids when it’s 830pm and they’ve been up since 630am and I just need to get them to be sleepy! lol. (I take it and break the capsule and mix the powder with honey and give it to them on a spoon.)Seems like good quality, and the ingredients are safe for the whole family!

I guess like for any product you need to take many bottles before you can feel any chances
