Lysine, proline and biotin are meant to be brilliant for you but I couldn't find any other supplement that had them all in. Lysine and proline are hard to find at all.I just don't get why the tablets are so big? And you have to take 2... They're not easy to swallow.There's not much of a taste or smell - they're definitely not off-putting.I didn't get any nausea like other people have said. I'd suggest just taking 1 tablet a day if you do. That side affect might be to do with a filler that's bulking out the tablets maybe...

These are very good vitamins. Noticed my eyelashes were longer after 2 months - overall, hair seemed thicker everywhere.. My nails now grow faster and are a healthy pink colour. Takes a couple of months to see results.

Recovering nail biter here, on my second bottle and my nails have never been healthier or stronger. These really do work if you are patient and consistent!

These did not work on my hair skin and nails

For the past 3 or 4 years I have noticed a thinning in my hair, my nails and a general dryness.My nails got so thin that my toes nails would simply split off, I had a permanent line of weakness on my second toe where there was a split from the end of the toe nail which reached almost down the length of the nail to the cuticle.I had done from ridiculously thick full hair to being able to see patches on my scalp.some 4 week ago I bought these tablets, I was concerned about the size of them due to the comments I had read - they are not small, but equally they are not the largest tablets I have ever had to take and you can always split them.I was also concerned about the sickness feeling some people had reported - for me, I try to take one at a time, with a small amount of food, I had one or two times that I thought 'do I feel sick or is it my imagination' but as I have continued with the tablets this feeling has gone and I can now take two at a time..As to the regularity of me taking them, some days I forget, some days I take one, I always try to have them when I remember, which is about half to two thirds of the time.The results:I am so happy - my toe nails have not only repaired, they actually look really healthy, the ridges are lessening and there is a healthy sheen to them - the improvements began within a week to ten days and have continued to slowly improve.My Hair - I think this is a longer process due to the repair beginning in the hair follicle and that taking time to then grow to the surface and obviously longer - what I have noticed is there isn't anywhere near the same hair loss when I wash my hair and I would sometimes, before I began on the tablets a month ago would get a tingling slightly painful feeling on my scalp and this has gone completelyI do suffer with cold hands and feet and on these tablets I have noticed a warmth on occasion50 year old female

I have osteoarthritis in both knees, exercise regularly, do daily physio exercises for the pain and recently had a steroid injection in 1 knee which was the most painful. Sitting for long periods, as I work from home as well, hurts and trying to get up the stairs is a mission!I bought these to try, after listening to a lady who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis in her knees. She mentioned MSM helped her.I bought some, decided to take 2 of them at night as I find gettting up in the morning is painful and the arthritis wakes me up every night.These worked straight away and I find getting out of bed so much easier, I still do the physio exercises before and after the gym.The pain is very dull, not intense and I am happy that I listened to this lady's recommendation.I did not buy these for hair, nails etc just for the arthritis.
