As always I take Ashwangandha as a pre or post work out. With all the essential amino acids and high nutrient content including trace minerals. I know that the body is getting the natural intended form.I have tried and tested every supplement for muscle repair and honestly speaking Ashwangandha really helps with recovery and growth. I would say this and maca 4 root type. Speaking from experience I have been training lifting weights and cycling for a number of years.I did an experiment coming off Ashwangandha for a few months and definitely did notice a slight decrease in my deadlifts and squats. I take it in smoothies cycling a week on week off. My own preference. This brand is excellent quality as it helps with my sleep and daily activities. Yes you know it works when you wake up with a high testosterone drive. That is a mans health saying everything is ok...

I love this. Granted the taste takes some getting use to but since I started using this I feel less anxious are more able to cope day to day. I also have underactive thyroid and weightloss is extremely hard. I haven't changed the way I eat and I am finding that I am slowing beginning to loose weight. I am not saying this is a miracle weightless product because there is no such thing. However, I have noticed a difference. I would definately recommend this and I will be buying it again.

I have been using the powder for several weeks now and find it quite palatable. The guide that was sent with it was really helpful and as I purchased it to try and aid sleep, I think I need to try it in warm water at night to see if it helps. The customer service from this company has always been excellent so far.

Really liked ashwaghanda, I find it stronger than maca (which I REALLY LOVE) and need to be careful of dosage. I bought it for strengthening my immune system, balancing hormones and for hair and skin health and really noticed how good it is for Exercise and recover, feel like I can do more and feel stronger, and I think it did help with dealing with stress and strengthening my hair.

Well this my honest review I’m going to leave , firstly when I tried it I was taken back from the bitter taste as I wasn’t use to it, but still gave it ago as I knw it has many health benefits so more I drank the taste wasn’t bad now I have it in my Tea all the time, quiet like the taste ☺️I have noticed I sleep better now is this a coincidence ?? Will be ordering more once this batch is finished iA

I have taken ashwagandha in capsule form previously, so thought i'd try the powder, I must say I wasn't quite expecting such a strong taste,so I would be open to some ways to take this, that would help me in keeping up with taking it on a daily basis , regards maureen
