This is perhaps the most important vitamin for the heart according to many doctors. This is the first time I am using this brand so everything seems a-ok so far. These did not upset my stomach one bit and to me there is no taste at all. I think it is god v blue for the money spent.

I like that they are small and easy to swallow. I just started taking them so not sure what effect they might have. on my well-being.

This product is a game changer. I noticed an increase in energy immediately. Dr. Eric Berg recommended it. I’ve been using it for over a year.

Not sure it is working for me. I notice no difference.

Excellent supplement to improve blood circulation in the legs. Having to wear thigh high compression socks for 8 hours a day, I needed a boost to improve the circulation issues I was experiencing. Leg pain, swelling, and achy stiff joints. Like allot of supplements, it usually takes a good amount of time to see any improvement, so I wasn't expecting to feel any for at least 3-4 weeks of daily usage. I was wrong. Within 10 days, the swelling/inflammation in my legs and feet subsided considerably. The stiffness in my joints improved as well. I hadn't felt this good without the constant pain in years. In taking the recommended doses, I haven't experienced any side effects of any kind even on an empty stomach. I'm hoping from my next cardiologist visit this month, I don't have to wear the compression socks everyday and my circulation test results have improved.

I get no digestive "feedback" when I take this compound. Some B vitamins have been a bit irritating, esp radially as I get older, but I do not get any of that from this brand.

Have used several years, per my doctor, and no problems.
