La verdad es que el producto me ayudó bastante ya que por mi trabajo me estresaba y esto ayudó a relajarme incluso duermo mejor ya que tiene un efecto como calmante lo recomiendo bastante las cápsulas son blandas y no tienen ninguna dificultad para ser ingeridas

This is AMAZING for anxiety. As long as you don’t take it every day this product is awesome for helping with stress. They taste a little earthy and tend to stick a little in your mouth if you don’t swallow immediately

As Wanda is always good and I bought this, but I can buy it cheaper at Walmart. I take two or three of these a day. It works great.

Not really sure because after I took a couple doses I noticed it has silicone dioxide in it...I don't know about you but I don't want that in my health supplements...super bummed I need my ashwagandha too ....I do recommend ashwagandha just not this brand ...sorry I'd like my money back too...
