So far so good! I am lactose intolerant and have issues with several different enzymes this really helps if I remember to take before meals. I like that this was a combo with probiotics because I take those every morning. Good deal.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Unfortunately I must be one of the few people in the reviews that had an adverse effect to these. My stomach would hurt and I would be physically ill for hours after taking them to the point I’d have to take something else to stop the pain and bloating. They also made me extremely gassy - I’d burp non stop. I took them for a week- and it persisted so I stopped taking them. I also noticed weight gain even when not eating a great deal. I was hopeful as they seemed to work for so many people - just not me 😟
